Why This Room Works

This bunkhouse setup offers a bright, colorful space for boy and girl cousins or siblings to share. We gave each child playful sheeting in a different ocean-inspired pattern, then topped it with a solid quilt. A capiz shell garland hangs from the bunk for a pop of shimmer. A neutral rug is easy to match, and it offers a comfortable place for them to play on the floor.
