Why This Room Works

A classic bunk bed makes the most of a small space in this shared room for two boys. We chose identical bedding—a mix of bold rugby stripes, classic madras and a playful bicycle pattern—for each bed, using embroidered names to make each sleep space personal. A rounded bedside table helps break up all the sharp angles in the furniture and textiles, while a rugby-striped table lamp ties the look together.
