DETAILS THAT MATTER

• Rug is made of 100% wool containing 20% of non-dyed New Zealand wool.
• Rug features twisted yarns and tassels on both ends.
• Cut pile has softness while resisting matting and crushing.
• Rug is yarn-dyed. Fibers are treated individually with environmentally safe dyes before weaving to offer vibrant, lasting colors.
• Backing is made of 100% recycled cotton fabric with odorless synthetic latex adhesive, which makes it non-slip for added safety. The synthetic latex provides a more durable and flexible backing that reduces odor and extends the rug’s life. It does not present a risk to those with latex allergies, nor does it dry out or break down over time.

Washing Instructions

• Check label sewn onto the rug for recommended washing machine capacity for each rug. For this size, we recommend a minimum capacity of 20lbs.
• To achieve the best result, vacuum the rug carefully before the washing.
• Wash separately at 30º, using a gentle cycle and a short program (max 30 min). Use a neutral detergent.
• Make sure you use a low spin cycle if the rug has braids or fringes.
• Do not bleach. Avoid using softener.
• Do not leave the wet rug in the washer, as colors may bleed.
• Tumble dry at low temperature.
• Do not dry clean.

General Care Instructions

• When you unpack your rug, lay flat and allow the pile to condition at room temperature for 2-3 days, then brush or vacuum as normal to allow the pile to recover.
• We recommend regular vacuum cleaning using low-powered vacuum cleaner with high-pile setting, to remove any loose fibers and to prevent dust and crumbs from setting into the roots of the fiber.
• Avoid exposure to direct sunlight as it may result in color fading.
• Trim with scissors any pulled or loose threads to prevent further damage.
• Clean spots and absorb liquid spills immediately with a clean, absorptive cloth. Avoid scrubbing to prevent damage.
• Do not use chemicals as they could damage or fade the colors of your rug.
• Never store your rug in an airtight plastic bag – use our practical cotton bag for storing.
• We recommend the use of the anti-slip underlay to keep your rug in place.

Helpful Tips

• This is a handcrafted piece, and slight variations in color and appearance may occur, being part of its uniqueness.
• Wool rugs will shed fibers when new and during use. This is not a defect, but a characteristic of the natural wool fiber used.
• We do not recommend using this rug for children under 3 years.

With Ship to Store Delivery, items can be shipped to and picked up from your local store for a reduced shipping price. Eligible items will show “Buy Online, Ship to Store” on the product page. You will be charged a competitive flat-rate shipping fee for most eligible orders. You have 7 days from when you placed your order to pick up these items. Make sure your vehicle is large enough to fit items packaged in larger boxes. Exact shipping and processing charges will appear during the checkout process.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligible items can be exchanged for a refund of the merchandise value within 30 days of receiving an order or seven days for Quick Ship upholstery items. An original receipt or gift receipt is required, our stores will not accept returns or exchanges without a receipt or proof of purchase. We will issue a refund in the form of the original payment or with a gift card. Shipping charges may be applied to your refund amount.
