DETAILS THAT MATTER

- The colors and textures of bamboo, reeds, grass, and jute have a distinct character and one-of-a-kind look that synthetic materials can’t match.
- Shade features a straight edge that can be slightly uneven. Lightly tap edge of the shades with a flat edge (with a ruler for example) until even.
- Lining made of 100% polyester blackout liner for privacy and enhanced light filtration.
- Cordless design better ensures child and pet safety.
- Gently pull the handle up or down; the shade automatically locks at desired length.
- Blackout lining blocks all light to darken room for bedtime, naptime and morning for a better night's sleep and more restful naps. Also reduces sound.

CARE
- Use dust brush or vacuum to clean dust from the surface of the shades.
- Installation Note: The included screws are for installation through dry wall and into a stud or solid wood member. If you are installing this product on other surfaces, obtain the correct wall anchors from your local hardware store or home center.
Internal Mount
- Measure inside width of window casing at top of window (this measurement is critical because headrail must fit.
- Measure inside height from top of window casing to top of sill in 3 places, record longest measurement.
- Choose width at least 3/8" smaller than the window (round down to the nearest inch).
External Mount
- Measure width to be covered.
- Measure height to be covered from top to desired length, record measurement.
- 2" overlap on each side of window is recommended for optimum light control and privacy.

Ship to Store
With Ship to Store Delivery, items can be shipped to and picked up from your local store for a reduced shipping price. Eligible items will show “Buy Online, Ship to Store” on the product page. You will be charged a competitive flat-rate shipping fee for most eligible orders. You have 7 days from when you placed your order to pick up these items. Make sure your vehicle is large enough to fit items packaged in larger boxes. Exact shipping and processing charges will appear during the checkout process.

EASY RETURNS
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligible items can be exchanged for a refund of the merchandise value within 30 days of receiving an order or seven days for Quick Ship upholstery items. An original receipt or gift receipt is required, our stores will not accept returns or exchanges without a receipt or proof of purchase. We will issue a refund in the form of the original payment or with a gift card. Shipping charges may be applied to your refund amount.
