Rustic finishes and clean lines come together for classic Craftsman style in our Charlie Collection. With hand-applied finishes that show the natural grain of the wood and hardwood frames, this children's furniture collection is as timelessly styled as it is expertly crafted.

HOW IT IS CONSTRUCTED

Charlie 4-in-1 Convertible Crib

Expertly crafted of solid oak wood, oak veneers and MDF (medium density fiberboard), an engineered wood that lends strength and endures over time.
Hardwood frame is kiln-dried to prevent warping or bowing.
Charlie furniture collection uses a multi-step finish with a heavy textured grain to achieve a natural weathered feel and look.
Hand-finished and with natural variations in the wood grain's texture and appearance, no two pieces are exactly alike.
Finishes available in Weathered Hunter Green or Weathered Navy.
Mattress platform offers three height options to accommodate your growing baby.
Platform can be adjusted to the following heights: 18.75", 22.5", 26.5".

Pottery Barn Kids Lullaby 2-Stage Crib Mattress

Durable reinforced seam and fabric bindings offer long-lasting performance.
120 interlocking coils provide optimal support.
Natural cotton wrap, sleep firm layers and thermo-bonded polyester layers.
Mattress edge has a reinforced border wire and Innofoam corner wraps.
Two-in-one design features a firm surface for infants on one side and a foam-cushioned surface on the other side for toddlers.
Each side features a distinct design: The infant side is gray with wihite moons and stars; toddler side is white with gray moons and stars.
Toddler side has convoluted foam comfort layer.
Vinyl mattress surface is waterproof and easy to keep clean.

Beautyrest^® Supreme 2-Stage Crib Mattress

Mattress is supported with 231 Beautyrest® pocketed coil® springs.
Natural cotton wrap, sleep firm layers and thermo-bonded polyester layers provide additional support.
Mattress edge has a reinforced border wire and Innofoam corner wraps.
Toddler side has convoluted foam comfort layer.
2 in 1 Design: The infant side provides a supportive sleeping surface while the toddler side features a layer of convoluted foam designed to provide a combination of comfort and support for active toddlers.
Woven fabric cover has a waterproof backing and is phthalate compliant.

All foams in crib mattresses are CertiPUR-US® certified which certifies the foams are made without PBDE flame retardants, mercury, lead and other heavy metals.

CARE

Crib & Conversion Kit

Dust often using a clean, soft, dry cloth.
Blot spills immediately, and wipe with a clean, damp cloth.
We do not recommend the use of chemical cleansers, abrasives or furniture polish.
Parents should ensure a safe environment for the child by checking regularly to see that every component is properly fastened and securely in place.
Do not over tighten fasteners, as this may cause distortion or breakage.
Carefully package all original hardware to protect from loss or damage.
Store assembly instructions in the envelope attached to the mattress base for future reference.

Crib Mattresses

Spot clean using mild soap and a damp cloth.
Blot to remove excess water.
Air dry thoroughly.

In-Home Delivery and Assembly with Unlimited Flat Rate: Delivery times vary

An unlimited number of eligible and select oversized items can be delivered to your home for a single flat rate. Items marked as In-Home Delivery will be placed where you prefer and professionally assembled in your home, and packaging will be taken away. There are some restrictions to what our team can assemble, they cannot install lighting fixtures, wall-mounted items and other select furniture.

Ship to Store

With Ship to Store Delivery, items can be shipped to and picked up from your local store for a reduced shipping price. Eligible items will show “Buy Online, Ship to Store” on the product page. You will be charged a competitive flat-rate shipping fee for most eligible orders. You have 7 days from when you placed your order to pick up these items. Make sure your vehicle is large enough to fit items packaged in larger boxes. Exact shipping and processing charges will appear during the checkout process.

EASY RETURNS

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligible items can be exchanged for a refund of the merchandise value within 30 days of receiving an order or seven days for Quick Ship upholstery items. An original receipt or gift receipt is required, our stores will not accept returns or exchanges without a receipt or proof of purchase. We will issue a refund in the form of the original payment or with a gift card. Shipping charges may be applied to your refund amount.

How to Begin a Return

For Online Purchases:  Visit our returns page to create a UPS shipping label or visit your local store to make a free return. For oversized items and quick-ship furniture, please call (866) 472-4001 for more details.
For In-Store Purchases:  Products purchased in our stores cannot be returned or exchanged online or over the phone.
- All delivery or set-up fees for the products being delivered still apply.
- For white glove delivery, the old mattress and/or foundation will be taken at delivery of your new mattress.
- For parcel shipments, we are happy to pick up your old mattress and/or foundation. Please call us to schedule a pickup within 30 days of the delivery of your new mattress.
- Please note we may refuse to pick up the old mattress and/or foundation if it poses a health or safety risk.
