A factory becomes Fair Trade Certified™ by meeting a rigorous set of social, environmental and economic standards that create a safe and healthy workplace.

For every Fair Trade Certified™ product sold, we pay a Premium that goes directly into a community development fund at the factories where our products are made.

Workers then decide how to spend their Community Development Fund on local community needs like education, transportation and healthcare.
