Mireille’s Pattern Play Nursery
MIREILLE BECKWITH
Lifestyle Blogger
Blogger, stylist and mom of three, Mireille Beckwith wanted a serene nursery with adult appeal. With the help of the Pottery Barn Kids Design Crew, they focused on what she needed for the room to function—a convertible crib, extra storage and a place to relax with her baby. They fine-tuned Beckwith’s approach with a chic and playful color palette of black, white and raspberry in a mix of patterns. Beautiful accents like a flowy tulle bed skirt and a vintage-inspired rug were added, reflecting the blogger’s desire for a retreat that represented her creative nature.
“I feel like you can’t go wrong with sleek blacks and bright whites. And then raspberry is my favorite color so I threw that in.”

Beckwith wanted the nursery to be beautiful but also really comfortable and usable even after the baby years. The Blythe 3-in-1 Upholstered Convertible Crib was the perfect choice because it transitions into two additional bed types as her daughter grows. And, the nursery chair is one of her favorite places. She likes to feed and rock her baby here or just take in the precious moments of motherhood.
“I love the thought of the [space] going from a baby room and growing with the child all the way into the teenage years.”

“The GREENGUARD Gold Certified [furniture] was a huge plus. We are a health-conscious family when it comes to our food and what we put into our bodies, [so] what we sleep on and live with is just as important.”
